We are looking for a passionate and experienced Global Community Manager to lead and engage our educator community worldwide. This role involves building and fostering strong relationships across diverse regions, organizing impactful events, and driving communication initiatives to support educators globally.
Responsibilities
Community Engagement: Build and activate global educator communities across all regions, manage local community communications (newsletters, social media, webinars), and collaborate with stakeholders to highlight success stories and incentivize engagement
Events/Conferences: Curate and lead workshops, train local teams, and oversee logistics for ambassador events and participation at global conferences
Coordinate educator engagement activities (meetups, webinars) and work with global partners across multiple time zones
Execute global strategy for publicity, messaging, and events, ensuring alignment with key goals
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience engaging multicultural and multi-regional communities and managing events and social media
At least 5 years of experience in Education, Government, Ministry of Education, Public/Private Educational Institutions, or Education Consulting
Strong public speaking and workshop facilitation skills for international audience
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and the ability to manage logistics across multiple time zones
Additional Requirements
Available for local and international travel as needed
