Job Description

We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition, developer engagement, and ecosystem expansion. You’ll design and execute growth campaigns that scale awareness, drive adoption of the Avail Stack, and turn prospects into active builders, users, advocates.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Avail’s mission and business goals.
Define and implement growth marketing strategies to drive developer adoption, community expansion, and ecosystem integrations.
Understand and work with the Global Ecosystem team on tailored strategies for different regions, considering cultural, economic, and regulatory nuances (esp. China, Korea, Turkey, US).
Build user journeys from awareness to activation, including touchpoints for developers, validators, institutional audiences and retail audiences.
Work with the social media teams to leverage the core platforms driving growth and adoption. Develop strategies to maintain positive sentiment and address negative trends proactively.
Work cross-functionally with content, product, and design to produce campaign assets (landing pages, onboarding sequences, quests, explainer content, etc.).
Work with the Global Ecosystem team to develop and manage co-marketing initiatives with key strategic partners (e.g., rollups, DeFi protocols, restaking AVSs) to enhance the visibility and adoption of the Avail network. Ensure alignment on messaging and jointly executed campaigns.
Launch and measure experimental strategies—referral loops, ambassador incentives, hackathons, retroactive incentives, etc

Requirements

3-6 years proven experience in web3 growth marketing aligned to latest trends and crypto-twitter. Experience within blockchain infrastructure companies, product and social marketing with a focus on ecosystem growth is highly desirable.
Understanding of tokenomics and prior experience in the same or marketing initiatives is highly desirable.
Proficiency with analytics tools (Kaito, X, Discord, TG, Dune, L2Beat etc)
Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships with both community members and institutional investors. Excellent communication skills are essential with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, value-driven narratives.
Hands-on experience with KOLs, and Quest platforms and community growth initiatives are essential.
Strong copywriting instincts, especially for social, landing pages, and ad creative
Proven success running GTM campaigns for product launches or ecosystem partnerships

Nice to Have

Experience in developer growth or ecosystem marketing at a Web3 infra company
Understanding of validator economics, restaking, and modular blockchain design
Past involvement in DAOs, on-chain communities, or developer-focused events
Experience collaborating with centralized exchanges (CEXs), DEXs, or DeFi protocols on liquidity campaigns, or ecosystem initiatives
