Finanshels is revolutionizing financial services for SMEs, helping businesses scale with expert financial solutions. Our B2B Partnerships team is growing, and we’re looking for a Partnerships Activation Manager to spearhead partner activation and ensure seamless onboarding of new partners.
Role Overview
As a Partnerships Activation Manager, you will be responsible for successfully activating and enabling new partners to generate high-quality business opportunities. Your role will involve building strong relationships, structuring partnership workflows, and ensuring partners have the necessary tools and support to drive client referrals.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Onboarding & Activation: Drive the activation of new B2B partners, ensuring they are set up for success.
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams to structure partnership models that align with business goals.
Enablement & Training: Develop partner enablement materials, conduct training sessions, and ensure partners are well-equipped.
Performance Optimization: Track and analyze partner performance, ensuring they are actively contributing to revenue growth.
Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing engagement with partners to optimize their contribution and resolve any roadblocks.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine activation strategies.
Requirements
✅ 3+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or channel sales.
✅ Strong understanding of partnership ecosystems and activation strategies.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve partner performance.
✅ Experience in financial services, SaaS, or fintech is a plus.
