We are hiring on behalf of a leading e-commerce company in the Gulf region, currently seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager. This is a full-time, remote opportunity open to candidates across the MENA region.
About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact paid media strategies across digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires deep expertise in performance-driven marketing, analytics, and optimization in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) to achieve ROI and CPA targets.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, using data to make strategic decisions and continuous improvements.
Collaborate closely with creative, product, and data teams to align messaging and targeting strategies.
Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets effectively to maximize performance.
Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to enhance conversions.
Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities within performance marketing data.
Stay current with industry best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms.
Provide detailed reporting and insights to key stakeholders on campaign effectiveness and KPIs.
Who You Are
4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or consumer-focused digital company.
Proficient in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and user journeys.
Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns and achieving measurable business results.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
