Whom do We Need?

We are seeking a results-driven, strong communications Project manager to lead and coordinate the offshore development team while keeping the Program Management team well-informed and aligned on the Progress.

Roles & Responsibilities

Align with the Program Manager and individual Digital Delivery leads on the Delivery roadmap and plans
Serve as a liaison between the offshore dev team and other onshore Program team
Help Track committed deliverables with offshore teams, escalate any Risks, and issues with the Program Manager and individual Delivery leads
Ensure Quality standards, best coding practices, and security guidelines and adhered to.
Provide clear and timely communications to the Program
Manage and provide visibility in team holidays and coverage plans
Foster a collaborative, productive environment across remote teams

Qualification & Requirements

Proven experience managing offshore or distributed project teams
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
PMP or Agile certification
Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence
Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures
