About the job
Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Property Management Support Staff member to assist in managing our property portfolio. This includes coordinating with external property managers, ensuring compliance, tracking payments, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination: Act as the main contact for external property managers, monitor performance, and review reports.
2. Financial Oversight: Track rental income, review expenses, and prepare monthly portfolio summaries.
3. Compliance & Performance: Ensure legal compliance, audit records, and establish KPIs to assess portfolio performance.
4. Vendor Management: Oversee vendor selection, review invoices, and resolve vendor-related issues.
5. Administrative Support: Maintain organized records, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
6. Communication: Address tenant escalations and serve as a liaison between stakeholders and property managers.

Qualifications:
1. Experience in property management, real estate, or related administrative roles.
2. Familiarity with property operations and financial reporting.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with property portfolios or external management coordination.
2. Knowledge of lease agreements, tenant laws, and maintenance processes.
3. Analytical mindset with attention to detail in financial and contract reviews.
