Position Details
Duration: This is an international consulting opportunity with an 18+ month contract, with the option to extend for an additional 3 years. As YPO is not an employer in Dubai, this role is offered as a consultant position.
Location: Dubai (Remote-first role)
About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager (internal title Regional Manager) to support our Chapters & Regions team. This role ensures smooth operations, effective communications, and impactful programs across our global community. Youโll be the primary point of contact for chapter managersโhelping them drive engagement, manage logistics, and execute key initiatives that strengthen the YPO network.
Your Impact as a Regional Manager
Global Operations & Support
๐ Serve as the primary point of contact for chapter managers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
๐ Train and onboard new and existing chapter managers on YPO processes, systems, and best practices.
๐ค Partner with leadership to track initiatives, contribute to decision-making, and leverage global resources for success.
Regional Leadership & Engagement
๐ข Manage regional communications, aligning with global priorities and strategies.

Oversee logistics for regional meetings, leadership workshops, and strategic initiatives.
๐ฐ Partner with Regional Officers to develop budgets, manage regional funds, and support key financial processes.
Collaboration & Best Practices
๐น Provide expert guidance to chapter managers and officers, ensuring alignment with YPOโs mission and standards.
๐ Foster cross-regional collaboration to maximize impact while customizing initiatives to regional needs.
๐ Utilize Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite to generate reports, track performance, and manage key data.
Additional Responsibilities

Support the identification and development of new chapter managers and regional officers.

Regularly engage with regional directors and leadership teams to align on goals and track progress.

Ensure efficient, high-touch stakeholder engagement, offering solutions that drive results and enhance member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
๐น Empower & Support Chapter Managers โ Train, onboard, and guide them through YPOโs systems and best practices.
๐น Drive Regional Engagement โ Manage regional communications, data tracking, and key membership processes.
๐น Lead Meeting & Event Execution โ Oversee regional board meetings, workshops, and strategic initiatives.
๐น Oversee Regional Budgets โ Manage reimbursements, financial processes, and reporting.
๐น Streamline Workflows & Processes โ Utilize Salesforce & Microsoft Office Suite to generate reports and track key metrics.
What You Bring
โ๏ธ 5+ years of experience in a global, senior-level support role, preferably within associations or professional services.
โ๏ธ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills in high-touch environments.
โ๏ธ Experience managing multiple stakeholders, events, and governance structures.
โ๏ธ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
โ๏ธ A Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience.
