About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will lead and execute business development strategies across the EMEA region, targeting enterprise and mid-sized B2B clients. You will play a key role in scaling market presence, closing high-value deals, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proven sales leader with deep experience in the technology or digital services space, along with the ability to manage long-term client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across EMEA markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level decision-makers at target companies.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional needs and trends.
Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on client solutions.
Monitor regional sales performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Represent the company at industry events, virtual summits, and networking opportunities.
Provide market feedback and contribute to product development and service enhancements.
Qualifications
7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, digital solutions, or IT services.
Proven success in managing regional sales across EMEA markets.
Strong network of enterprise and mid-market contacts in the tech or digital services sector.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Fluent in English; additional European or Arabic languages are a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
