The Role
We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Manager with 2-4 years of experience to help us optimize and scale our revenue operations. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to take on more responsibility, learn quickly, and grow alongside a dynamic startup.
You’ll work closely with leadership across sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) strategy is supported by strong data, processes, and tools. You’ll be instrumental in driving revenue growth and efficiency while gaining exposure to all aspects of our business.
What You’ll Do:
Revenue Analytics & Reporting: Support revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking to inform strategic decisions.
Sales & Marketing Operations: Help optimize sales processes, maintain CRM hygiene, and assist with lead routing and marketing attribution.
Customer Insights: Contribute to customer segmentation efforts and provide insights to reduce churn and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Tools & Technology: Manage and optimize tools like HubSpot, Stripe, and analytics platforms to improve workflows and efficiency.
Process Improvements: Identify inefficiencies in revenue operations and implement solutions, including automation where possible.
Collaboration: Work with teams across sales, marketing, and customer success to align on revenue goals and strategies.
What We’re Looking For:

You should have:
2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role (preferably in SaaS or tech).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription metrics (nice to have, but not required).
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
A proactive mindset for improving processes and implementing automation.
Excellent attention to detail and a sense of ownership over your work.
English Proficiency: ZenRows is an English-first organization, and fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Comfort in a Remote, Startup Environment: You can work autonomously and thrive in a fast-moving, constantly evolving setting.
