Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals. This is an individual contributor role (non-leadership) ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys owning their sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across target industries
Conduct product demos and tailor pitches based on customer needs and pain points
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build strong, consultative relationships with prospects and clients
Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline status in CRM
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback from the field

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech or SaaS
Proven track record of hitting sales quotas and managing pipelines
Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable with a consultative selling approach
Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Outreach
Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company environment
