Social Media Manager
What you’ll be working on
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for a new travel startup
Create engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn)
Build and grow a vibrant online community of travel enthusiasts, travel pros and travel shoppers
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with brand messaging
Track and analyze social media performance and engagement metrics
Responsibilities
Produce high-quality, visually appealing content including photos, videos, and graphics
Manage daily social media posting schedules
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers
Research and implement emerging social media trends and platforms
Monitor and report on social media KPIs and audience growth
Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and user engagement
Coordinate with influencers and travel content creators for potential partnerships
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in travel or lifestyle sectors
Proven track record of growing social media audiences
Excellent photography and video editing skills
Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
Creativity and ability to create compelling, shareable content
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
