We are hiring on behalf of a well-established software and technology solutions company based in Saudi Arabia, currently seeking an experienced and strategic Vendor Manager. This is a full-time, remote opportunity open to professionals across the EMEA region.
About the Role

As a Vendor Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the company’s external vendor relationships, ensuring high performance, contract compliance, and cost efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including procurement, legal, and engineering—to optimize vendor partnerships and support the company’s technology and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and evaluate the performance of external vendors and technology partners.
Lead the vendor selection, onboarding, and contract negotiation process.
Monitor vendor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and contractual obligations.
Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key vendors.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate with internal departments to assess vendor needs and address any service or delivery issues.
Mitigate risks by conducting regular performance and compliance assessments.
Ensure timely renewals and renegotiation of vendor contracts to maintain service continuity.
Who You Are

Proven experience as a Vendor Manager or in a similar role within the software or technology industry.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent understanding of vendor lifecycle management, procurement processes, and risk mitigation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in using vendor management systems (VMS) and related software tools.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT Management, or a related field.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
