Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive, AI-savvy Content Manager with a strong technical foundation and a passion for creating high-impact content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content strategy, SEO, and technology and who can communicate effectively with both marketing and engineering teams.You will serve as the bridge between our content creation processes and final delivery, optimizing LLM-powered workflows and ensuring high-quality outputs. Your work will be essential to improving scalability and content quality across the organization — by leveraging automation tools, tuning workflows and delivering consistently excellent content at scale.Our ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, self-motivated, and able to bring both creativity and structure to content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, write, and edit high-quality content tailored to the client’s audience
Apply an editor’s eye to evaluate content outputs, identifying patterns in LLM performance and adjusting workflows to address quality issues.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with goals
Optimize existing content and ensure consistency in voice, tone, and structure
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
Qualifications:
2-3 years of content experience in writing, editing, or managing content production (portfolio required)
Familiarity with LLM platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and ability to craft effective prompts for content creation.
Understanding of content structure, flow, clarity, and voice, especially in marketing or product-driven environments.
Understanding of SEO best practices
Background in web development or computer science (formal or self-taught)
Proven ability to communicate well with technical teams
Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Nice to Have
Basic understanding of APIs and how different tools can be connected in a workflow.
Experience with content management systems and publishing platforms.
Background in content operations or editorial workflow management.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Some exposure to basic scripting or HTML/CSS (not required, but helpful).
