Architect and build high-performance back-end systems using Laravel, Elixir, and Rust that power real-time experiences

Who We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience with Laravel, Elixir, Rust (or similar back-end frameworks) and high-performance applications
Strong understanding of concurrency, threading, and real-time data processing
Experience building scalable systems that handle mission-critical operations
Passion for solving complex technical challenges in live production environments
Methodical approach to performance optimization and system reliability
