Overview

The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the business operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and profitability. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and strong organizational skills. The Business Manager will work closely with various departments to align goals, manage resources, and drive performance.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Build, develop, and maintain highly collaborative and effective working relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate proactive planning and flawless execution against our business objectives.
Demonstrate leadership in contributing to overall business goals, objectives, and strategies, as well as long- and short-term business priorities.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring that processes run efficiently and effectively. Run end-to-end business to help effectively manage priorities.
Lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance and meet targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Implement and monitor business processes, systems, and procedures.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

What You’ll Have

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Established business acumen and mental agility to quickly adapt to diverse business offerings.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Can effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Marketing experience: understanding marketing campaigns and the process and communication to create and execute to be able to support the business (not directly responsible for campaigns).

Compensation: Prime 8 uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience and specific candidate location. The pay range for this role is between $70-75 per hour (based on full time employment), plus employee benefits.
