About the Role: We’re looking for a versatile, self-driven Graphic Designer to elevate our visual storytelling and bring our furniture brands and product collections to life. From top-of-funnel brand campaigns to conversion assets, you’ll create compelling graphics and videos that span the full marketing spectrum.
You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing to design visuals that drive performance, build brand equity, and engage customers across multiple channels—from social media carousels to paid ads and product-level content.
What You’ll Do:
Design visually engaging graphics for brand campaigns, product collections, and individual furniture items
Create infographics, carousel posts, and promotional graphics for paid and organic social media
Concept and deliver short-form, professional product videos for e-tail ads and digital promotions
Translate marketing briefs into high-impact visuals—some will be prescriptive, others self-directed
Collaborate daily with the VP of Marketing to raise the bar on all creative output
Ensure consistency in visual identity across all assets and campaigns
Balance multiple projects across collections, product types, and campaign types
Stay current with design trends, digital tools, and performance-driven creative best practices
What We’re Looking For:
5–7 years of experience in a similar graphic design role
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects), Canva, and modern creative tools such as AI-based platforms
Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-focused design and product video work
Experience creating graphics and videos for e-commerce, social campaigns, and paid digital ads
Understanding of consumer behavior and visual conversion cues
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines with a high level of quality
Self-motivated with strong initiative—can take a concept and run with it
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus If You Have:
Experience in the furniture, lifestyle, or home goods industries
Familiarity with motion graphics or interactive content
Comfort interpreting performance metrics to optimize creative
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
