About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic, fast-growing global marketing team. This role is pivotal in scaling our digital marketing initiatives, managing multi-channel campaigns, and amplifying our content marketing efforts to extend our reach and impact across digital platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across email, paid media (such as LinkedIn and Google), social media, and blog channels to generate qualified leads and foster audience engagement. Additionally, this role involves managing nurture programs, lead segmentation, and automation workflows within HubSpot to ensure targeted and timely communications. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the development and maintenance of our WordPress blog and landing pages, ensuring they align with brand standards and support marketing objectives. Collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, and external agencies will be essential to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with organizational goals. The role also entails monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing channel performance reports, and providing actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape our digital presence, support sales enablement, and contribute to the broader strategic growth of Konovo in the healthcare technology space.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign operations
Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt content for various formats and audiences
Experience with digital advertising platforms including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
Knowledge of website management using CMS platforms like WordPress
Analytical skills with familiarity in tools such as Google Analytics
Highly organized with excellent project management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively across teams
Bonus: Experience with content distribution tools like Highspot or similar platforms
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, paid media, social media, and blogs
Manage nurture programs, lead segmentation, and automation workflows within HubSpot to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion
Oversee the development and maintenance of blog and landing pages on WordPress, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing goals
Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment and successful delivery
Monitor key performance indicators, analyze campaign data, and generate performance reports to inform strategic decisions
Support content marketing initiatives by scaling efforts across digital channels like blogs, social media, and email
Manage content distribution and asset publishing to maximize awareness, engagement, and conversions
Enable sales and client-facing teams with up-to-date, brand-aligned marketing materials and content
Continuously identify opportunities for campaign improvement and innovative marketing strategies
