About The Role

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Full Stack JavaScript Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement human-centered digital products that meet the needs of our impact-driven clients. The ideal candidate is a curious problem-solver with a broad technical foundation and a passion for innovation. You will work on both front-end and back-end development, utilizing modern packages such as React, TypeScript, and Figma, and manage databases including SQL and NoSQL. Your responsibilities will also involve designing and consuming APIs using REST and GraphQL, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions. Qualifications

Proven experience as a Full Stack JavaScript Engineer or similar role
Strong proficiency with front-end frameworks such as React and UI/UX tools like Figma
Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript practices
Knowledge of database systems including SQL and NoSQL
Familiarity with API design and consumption, particularly REST and GraphQL
Excellent problem-solving skills and curiosity for learning new technologies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to project management
Experience working in agile development environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create user-centered digital products
Develop and maintain scalable front-end interfaces using React, TypeScript, and related technologies
Build and optimize back-end services and APIs with Node.js or similar frameworks
Design, implement, and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance
Consume and integrate third-party APIs, as well as design custom APIs for internal use
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually improve development processes
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the stack
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
Support ongoing learning and professional development in areas of interest
