iFLY is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring the iFLY brand to life through thoughtful, impactful design. This is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for crafting compelling content across both print and digital platforms. From social media campaigns and email graphics to signage, brochures, and event collateral, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand is represented across various channels. This is a hands-on role that blends creative vision with production precision. You’ll partner closely with our marketing, sales, and operational teams to deliver designs that are engaging, effective, and on-brand.
Duties And Responsibilities
Design and produce materials for both print and digital use, including: digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, web images, posters, signage, brochures, and other collateral.
Support design solutions for iFLY product launches, sales, marketing, and internal communication programs, from conception to execution across web, email, print, and environmental graphics
Maintain and evolve brand and graphic standards for iFLY, ensuring consistency of brand visuals across all design outputs
Assist in photography selection and editing for campaigns and product launches
Assist in maintaining and organizing design files, templates, and asset libraries
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Work Experience And Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience
Must have advanced skills in design software: Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Figma a plus
Must have strong sense of typography, color theory and layout
Must have strong photo editing skills
Ability to take direction, receive feedback, and iterate quickly, while maintaining commitment to quality
Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work
