About The Role
Our multi-faceted experiential design team is seeking thoughtful and innovative minds, skilled in the arts of visual communication, imaginative storytelling, and creative problem-solving to join our team. In this role, you will leverage the power of design to bridge the gap between individuals, brands, and the built environment, creating inspiring experiences for our clients. You will be involved in addressing our clients’ most significant challenges and transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. This position offers an exciting opportunity for emerging designers to develop their skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or related design discipline (by hire date)
Strong background in typography and previous related internship experience highly valued
Demonstrated interest and skill in 3-dimensional design, wayfinding, exhibition design, and environments
Proficiency on Macintosh in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp are a plus
Strong design orientation with excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Participate in all phases of the design process, from conceptual development through artwork production
Contribute to recommendations for concept, design, art direction, and production for a variety of graphics, signage, and exhibits
Design a variety of two- and three-dimensional graphics, maps, and print layouts in collaboration with the environmental graphics team
Work with clients to interpret and translate their needs and ideas into compelling concepts
Prepare photo visualizations and mockups of signage for placement, content, and usage
Develop camera-ready artwork for fabrication
Coordinate with vendors and fabricators to ensure quality and accuracy of final deliverables
