About The Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is integral to our marketing and product development efforts, involving the design of web and mobile UI, branding identity, illustrations, icons, logos, and various graphic assets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital design, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives. You will work on a diverse portfolio of in-house projects, including website redesigns, app interfaces, social media campaigns, and multimedia support for videos and animations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your creativity and technical skills to elevate our brand presence and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in group discussions, and contribute to innovative solutions that align with our company’s strategic goals.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Design or a related field
3+ years of experience in web and digital design
Portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
Minimum of 1 year experience with Figma or Adobe XD
Proficiency in Sketch, Procreate, and Canva
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
2-3 years of experience in brand creation, including logos and graphics
Experience in vector and raster image creation, with the ability to explain the differences
Comfort working in an Agile environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and work independently without supervision
Experience creating engaging infographics and visual content
Responsibilities

Design and develop web and mobile UI/UX interfaces that are user-friendly and visually appealing
Create and refine branding elements, including logos, icons, and brand identity materials
Develop illustrations, infographics, and visual assets to support marketing campaigns and internal projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions
Write and manage Jira tickets, ask clarifying questions, and provide constructive feedback
Participate actively in group discussions to brainstorm and resolve design challenges
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives
Contribute to video and animation projects by providing graphic support as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into work
Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
