Summary

The Graphic Designer will play a foundational role in shaping the creative direction of the YA brand, helping to develop and define its visual identity. This position is responsible for delivering cohesive, high-quality internally and externally facing marketing assets that express the brand’s values and enhance its presence across both digital and print platforms. In collaboration with the marketing team and agency partners, the Graphic Designer will be a significant contributor to relaunching the a unified and elevated brand and website, including developing brand guidelines, producing a wide range of creative assets and marketing templates, ,and partnering to develop user interface designs and web visuals.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop design concepts and produce a wide range of visual content including marketing one-pagers and other collateral, presentations, graphics, email templates, and visual web assets
Collaborate with marketing and stakeholders as well as external agency partners to develop and implement the YA Group brand identity
Create and maintain brand guidelines, visual standards, and digital asset libraries to ensure visual consistency and a cohesive brand image
Translate complex consulting and engineering concepts into clean, professional designs that communicate clearly and align with business goals
Support implementation and ensure ongoing consistency of the updated brand identity across internal and external channels
Partner with the digital team on user interface designs and web visuals, ensuring alignment with best practices in UX design
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency and on-time delivery
Maintain an understanding of digital trends, tools, and technologies that enhance brand storytelling
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment
A strong portfolio showcasing high-level creative design across formats, with an emphasis on brand systems and digital assets
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and platforms like Figma
Experience creating and implementing brand guidelines in a corporate environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally and with external agencies
Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals and arrange visual elements to create visually appealing and effective designs for various mediums
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling ensuring accuracy and high quality in all design work
UX/UI design understanding is strongly preferred
