Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Paid Social Media Manager to oversee our paid social efforts at AdComposer.ai. You will be responsible for managing the paid social team, overseeing campaign execution, and driving strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter. As the bridge between performance, creative, and product teams, you will ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and marketing KPIs.
In this role, you’ll lead the roadmap for paid social media, supervise testing frameworks, manage budgets, and provide clear insights to stakeholders. You’ll also take ownership of cross-functional collaboration, ensuring team efforts result in scalable growth and increased customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the paid social media team
Own the paid social strategy and execution roadmap
Develop scalable testing frameworks across channels
Oversee budgeting, pacing, and performance reporting
Partner with product and creative teams to launch new campaigns
Maintain high-level oversight of audience targeting and creative strategy
Provide regular updates to leadership with actionable insights
Stay up to date on industry trends and platform innovations
Requirements
5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid social
Proven track record managing multi-platform social campaigns
Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
Excellent data interpretation and reporting skills
Deep knowledge of platform-specific algorithms and best practices
Nice to Have
Background in SaaS or tech marketing
Experience with marketing automation tools
Strong understanding of creative strategy
SQL or Python for data analysis
Familiarity with global campaign localization
