The Role

As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be the strategic force behind VeVe’s social presence, leading the charge in crafting meaningful connections, amplifying our voice, and growing a passionate collector community. From shaping channel growth to executing end-to-end campaigns, you’ll bring VeVe to life across every major social platform. This is a chance to influence how millions of collectors engage, connect and grow with VeVe. This is a full-time contractor position, based anywhere in the Unites States.

Responsibilities of the role

Own and execute VeVe’s global social media strategy with measurable impact
Grow social channels, boost engagement, and build positive sentiment
Plan, host, and produce content that excites and inspires our collector base
Oversee moderators and nurture respectful, active conversations
Launch campaigns that drive participation and reward our loyal fans
Partner with creators, brands, and internal teams to amplify reach
Track community insights and feed them back into VeVe’s product and marketing strategies
Experiment with new content formats and platform innovations

About You

You will have:
Proven expertise in social media management & community engagement, with a strong customer-first mindset and the ability to maintain vibrant, inclusive online spaces.
Be highly skilled in social media platforms, tools, and analytics, using data and KPIs to guide strategy, optimise content, and boost performance.
Experience in campaign execution, with a knack for amplifying community excitement and delivering memorable activations.
Strong communication that is clear, brand-aligned, and collaborative – with a talent for building trust across internal teams and external stakeholders.
A heart for collecting or deeply passionate about digital collectibles, comics, with an authentic understanding of collector behaviours and community dynamics.
Strategic, solutions-focused mindset, capable of guiding moderators, enforcing policy, resolving conflicts, and scaling community efforts that align with brand goals.
