We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing efforts. Whether you’re an ads expert or a funnel optimizer, if you’re excited about building smart systems and collaborating in a remote startup, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Paid Ads Management :Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms to drive results.
Funnel Building & Optimization :Design and improve marketing funnels that convert visitors into leads and customers.
SEO Strategy :Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase visibility and drive organic growth.
Conversion Optimization :Run A/B tests, improve landing pages, and fine-tune every step of the customer journey.
Partnership Growth :Identify and collaborate with strategic partners to grow our reach and audience.
Cross-Channel Coordination :Align campaigns across platforms-social, email, paid-for consistent brand messaging.

Required Skill Set

Solid experience in performance marketing (ads, funnels, CRO, and SEO)
Analytical mindset with hands-on experience optimizing for results
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience managing marketing partnerships and collaborations
Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a startup environment
Bonus: Familiarity with digital nomad or remote work culture

Work Arrangement

This role can be part-time or full-time , depending on your availability and experience.

Remote-friendly – work from anywhere, results matter more than time zones.
