About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Graphic and Content Designer to join TrendNxt
fashion charters. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a strong ability to develop
creative solutions and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of fashion, experience in
managing external stakeholders, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
– Stay informed about emerging design trends and practices.
– Develop and showcase creative direction and assets for each project.
– Keep up with trend forecasts and viral social moments, translating them into effective concepts
and creatives.
– Collaborate cross-functionally with curation, art & styling teams, store, UX, and product teams to
ensure content, imagery, and design adhere to brand guidelines.
– Work closely with external stakeholders to execute ideas and manage all project aspects
confidently.
– Coordinate timelines with internal and external team members to meet project deadlines.
– Incorporate feedback and collaborate with agencies and automation to deliver all creative assets
for the project.
– Ensure end to end execution of deliverables.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates preferably from fashion institutes like NIFT, NID from fashion design and fashion communi-
cation backgrounds. Good understanding of fashion trends. Knowledge of motion graphics and ai tools –
midjourney will be crucial. Good hold on design softwares – Adobe suite, Figma
Mandatory Skills
– Creative flair, originality and strong visual sense.
– Keen on strategy and research-based projects to deliver successful design
– At least 2-3 years of industry experience
– Competent in Adobe Suite ( XD, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and eager to learn
new software.
– Strong communication skills.
– Strong Stakeholder management skills.
