Job Description

Create visually stunning user interface designs, ebooks, infographics, whitepapers, landing pages, banners, product sheets, and presentations
Design print and digital materials like logos, banners, event flyers, product brochures, promotional flyers
Create beautiful lead magnet ebooks to be incorporated into landing pages
Generates and manipulates stock images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated and multimedia assets
Adhere to copyright requirements while creating unique graphical banners
Design branding guidelines/branding kits for Trainers and Coaches
Design high-quality product boxes
Website branding – inner pages, blogs, homepage branding
Landing page branding
Create engaging social media and event graphics, illustrations, infographics, and short-form gifs/videos
Book cover design
Create a visually appealing slide deck for webinars paying strong attention to details and consistencies like font sizing, spacing, alignment, etc.
Work directly with the content and digital marketing teams to deliver projects on time and of high quality, with an open-minded ability to receive feedback and changes in direction
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferred not required)
Various forms of online education, certificates, and experience will be considered.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
Have a solid portfolio demonstrating in-depth knowledge of design and related experience
Knowledge of corporate branding

Skills & Abilities

Proficient in Adobe Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Quickly turn in quality work within the deadline
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with trainers and coaches
Problem-solving with a serving mentality
Provide value upfront
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Docs & Zoom
