A fast-growing social media company managing nine Instagram theme pages with a combined audience of over 750,000 followers is seeking skilled video editors to produce high-quality Reels focused on motivational and business content. The role involves creating three or more reels per day using provided reference clips and the EffxPro editing pack to ensure workflow consistency across the team. Candidates should be experienced in short-form content creation and proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects. This is a remote role with potential for ongoing or full-time work based on performance.

Requirements

Proven experience editing short-form social media content, particularly Instagram Reels
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects
Ability to work with provided editing packs and maintain consistent style across projects
Strong understanding of pacing, engagement hooks, and trends in motivational/business content
Capability to deliver a minimum of three reels per day to a high standard
B1+ English proficiency for clear communication and collaboration
Portfolio showcasing relevant editing work
Reliable workflow and time management skills for remote production
