Join our customer’s team as a Frontend Engineer – AI trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping next-generation AI products. You will leverage your frontend expertise to design, implement, and refine AI training interfaces and workflows, contributing directly to a full-cycle AI prompting project. This is a unique opportunity to combine frontend engineering excellence with hands-on AI training, all within a collaborative remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop intuitive, scalable frontend solutions for AI model training interfaces.
Collaborate with AI researchers and product stakeholders to define robust user experiences for prompting workflows.
Implement, test, and optimize UI components that facilitate the full cycle of AI prompt creation and refinement.
Contribute to code reviews, documenting best practices and ensuring high code quality standards.
Analyze user feedback and iterate on frontend features to improve usability and effectiveness for AI trainers.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats to cross-functional teams.
Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and AI training methodologies to drive continuous project improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in frontend engineering roles.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar).
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, RESTful APIs, and state management.
Demonstrated experience in building responsive and accessible web applications.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior exposure to AI or machine learning workflows, particularly prompt engineering or data labeling tools.
Experience working in cross-functional teams on customer-facing projects.
Background in UX/UI design or human-computer interaction.
