Job Description
Design and produce large‑scale graphics for events, displays, and cross‑functional organizational needs.
Create visually compelling advertisements, brochures, publications, social media graphics, and promotional materials for both print and digital platforms.
Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and maintain visual consistency across channels.
Prepare and package design files for large‑format and standard print production; coordinate with external print vendors as needed.
Manage multiple simultaneous design projects, meet deadlines, and uphold high quality standards under direction of the integrated brand team.
Experience
Recommended: 2–4+ years of graphic design experience (based on required skill sets and production responsibilities).
Experience producing large‑format graphics and preparing files for print production.
Experience working in fast‑paced creative or marketing environments is highly desirable.
Key Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
Ability to design for both print and digital media.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Preferred Experience
Intermediate experience with:
Adobe Premiere
After Effects
Animate
Adobe Dimension
Experience supporting event graphics or environmental/experiential design projects.
Education
Associate degree required in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (optional to include).
Location: Austin, TX or Plano, TX (Remote/ Onsite)
Interview Process: 2 rounds.
1, 30-minute screening interview
1, 1-hour case study presentation. For the case study, we will give the candidate one week to prepare and then present to a small panel.
