What you will do

Evaluate, create and provide feedback on creative visual content such as UI, branding, illustrations, video and more.
Rank tool outputs and identify patterns that align with high-quality design principles
Help define aesthetic benchmarks and taste standards for the next generation of creative tooling.
Collaborate with Contra’s team and partner companies to improve future leaning creative systems
Work on flexible, project-based assignments with potential for ongoing engagements

What we are looking for

Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design across web, mobile, or branding complete on Contra’s platform **(This is required)
Deep understanding of what makes design “good” with strong aesthetic intuition, balance, and usability
Ability to articulate design feedback clearly and succinctly
Comfort working in fast-paced, experimental environments (experience with AI tools is a plus)
Availability for part-time, remote, contract work with flexible hours per project
