We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time contract basis. This role will support the execution of visual assets across digital, print, and in-store experiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong design portfolio, an exceptional eye for digital and print design, typography, and photography, and the ability to translate business needs into compelling, brand-elevating visuals across all touchpoints. If you love clean aesthetics, editorial design, beauty/wellness branding, and working in a fast-paced environment – this role is for you. This role will report to SEV’s Art Director.

Responsibilities

Visual Asset Creation: Design high-quality creative assets for digital campaigns, email marketing, social media, in-store signage, and print collateral.
Brand Adherence: Execute designs that align with SEV’s established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, typography, color, and layout.
Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visuals for web, mobile, and paid advertising platforms, ensuring optimized performance and visual impact.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, development, and field teams—to bring campaigns to life and deliver cohesive storytelling across channels.
Photo & Video Integration: Assist with retouching, layout design, and integrating visual elements into marketing materials. Edit short-form social videos; basic animation skills are a plus.
Production Ready Files: Prepare final files for both print and digital formats, ensuring all deliverables meet specs and deadlines.
Trend Research: Stay informed on industry trends in beauty, fashion, and design to inspire fresh creative approaches and innovative visuals.
Feedback & Iteration: Take direction and constructive feedback in stride while iterating quickly to meet project timelines and brand expectations.

Who You Are

5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital and print mediums.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Figma, and Canva.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition and layout
Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A team player with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Bonus:

Experience with in-store merchandising design
Familiarity with HTML and CSS
