Social Media Manager at Twine

Job Description

This role supports a London-based DJ and performer in expanding a personality-driven TikTok presence. The focus is on developing engaging content such as natural talking videos, observational humor, character-based skits, and creative DJ-related posts. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the creator to review filmed material, advise on content selection, and shape a sustainable posting strategy. Occasional editing support may be required, but the creator will handle most filming and editing. The position emphasizes practical growth guidance, accountability, and the ability to help build a unique voice and community around the creator’s personality and creativity.

Deliverables

Review and assess filmed TikTok content for posting suitability
Advise on content strategy and sustainable posting schedules
Provide actionable growth guidance and accountability support
Collaborate on developing a consistent, personality-led content voice
Offer occasional editing support as needed
Track and report on account growth and engagement metrics
Suggest creative ideas inspired by leading TikTok creators in comedy and entertainment

Requirements

Demonstrated experience growing individual creator accounts on TikTok, ideally in personality, comedy, or entertainment content
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies
Ability to provide examples of past account growth, measurable results, and specific contributions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Creative mindset with a passion for personality-led content
Familiarity with video editing tools and basic editing skills
Proactive, organized, and able to provide practical guidance and accountability
Based in or able to work with clients in the London time zone
