0-3 years of experience as a software engineer
Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, C++)
Comfortable with databases, APIs, and modern frameworks
Bonus: experience contributing to open source or working in startups
