We are hiring for one of our clients seeking experienced software engineers to contribute development expertise to AI evaluation and improvement projects.
Role Overview
In this role, you will apply your software engineering experience, programming skills, and problem-solving abilities to help evaluate and refine AI systems. No prior experience with artificial intelligence is required. Training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Design and solve real-world software engineering and algorithmic problems to assess AI reasoning and outputs.
Develop clear, step-by-step coding solutions across data structures, APIs, debugging, and optimization techniques.
Review and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to software design principles.
Collaborate with research teams to enhance AI understanding of code generation, problem-solving approaches, and real-world development workflows.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or Go.
Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and agile development methodologies preferred.
Strong English communication skills and ability to document and explain code logic clearly.
Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in your country or region of residence.
