Job Description

One of Our Clients is partnering with a leading AI research organization to improve how advanced AI systems understand and simulate modern visual design workflows. We are seeking Visual Designers and Creative Technologists to help shape, critique, and experiment with multi-modal design processes across digital, interactive, and immersive media.
This role is ideal for designers who blend visual craft, creative coding, and emerging AI tools to push the boundaries of digital experience creation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, review, and critique AI-generated visual and creative workflows
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers in an asynchronous environment
Experiment with frontier AI models to test and refine creative outputs
Evaluate AI-produced designs for quality, originality, and usability
Provide structured feedback to improve model performance in real-world design use cases

Required Qualifications

1+ years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or digital design
Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
Strong portfolio of digital or immersive visual work (web, apps, branding, marketing, or new media)
Experience using or experimenting with LLMs, generative AI tools, or prompt-based design workflows
Proficiency with creative and web-based tools such as:
HTML/CSS
Processing
three.js or similar creative coding frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to visual detail and design consistency
Currently based in the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, or Australia

Work Details

Fully remote and asynchronous
Expected workload: 10–20 hours per week
Additional hours may be available based on performance
Project start: Late December

Independent contractor engagement
Paid weekly via Stripe or Wise
