🧩 What You’ll Do as Our Website Project Manager

We’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Website Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client website projects. You will act as the central point of communication between cross-functional teams (design, development, strategy) and clients, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end website projects for a range of clients, from onboarding to launch
Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to define project plans, deliverables, and timelines
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, communicating project updates, milestones, and risks
Maintain project documentation, timelines, budgets, and feedback cycles
Conduct post-launch retrospectives to improve internal processes and client satisfaction
Ensure adherence to brand, SEO, and UX/UI best practices throughout all deliverables

✅ What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing or creative agency environment
Strong written and verbal English communication skills — clear, articulate, and concise
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and coordinate cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
Ability to manage scope, time, and budgets effectively
Familiarity with website development cycles, CMS platforms (like WordPress), and digital design workflows
