About the Job
Mars Men is a fast-growing men’s health supplement brand with an ambitious paid media strategy. As our AI Video Editor, you’ll lead the charge in producing high-performing ad creatives using AI-powered video tools. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative team to shape the visual storytelling and with the Growth team to ensure each video aligns with performance goals.
From concepting and editing to testing and optimizing, you’ll own the process of bringing big ideas to life—rapidly creating videos that capture attention and convert. This role blends creative vision with technical skill, offering you the chance to pioneer new approaches to video creation in a brand that moves fast and embraces innovation.
What You’ll Do:
Concept, edit, and produce high-impact ad videos using AI-driven editing and generation tools
Partner with Creative and Growth teams to develop concepts that align with performance and brand goals
Quickly iterate on creative variations to test messaging, visuals, and hooks
Source, edit, and remix UGC or raw footage to build compelling stories optimized for paid media
Stay on top of the latest AI video technologies, trends, and best practices—and bring new ideas to the team
Analyze performance data with the Growth team and refine creative strategy based on insights
Maintain organized file structures, project timelines, and version control for all video assets
Help build a scalable creative pipeline for AI-driven video content

Must-Have Requirements
2–4 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content creation
Proven ability to create short-form ads for social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Hands-on experience with AI video generation/editing tools
Proficiency with traditional editing software
Strong understanding of performance marketing creative best practices
Ability to translate brand strategy and performance data into compelling video concepts
Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-moving, remote team
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
