Assistant Video Editor at Premier Aerospace

Job Description

Premieraerospace is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Video Editor to join our growing team. As an Assistant Video Editor, you will be responsible for assisting our video editing team in creating high-quality videos for our clients in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in editing and organizing raw footage into cohesive and visually appealing videos
Collaborate with the video editing team to create engaging and impactful content
Help with color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production tasks
Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques and software
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall quality of our videos
Work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Maintain organized files and backups of all video footage and assets
Assist in managing and organizing video equipment and studio space
Provide support for video shoots, including setting up lighting and audio equipment

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in video editing or a similar role
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
A passion for storytelling and creating visually appealing content
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
Experience with color correction and audio mixing is a plus
