About The Role

We are seeking a talented Back-End Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing the core services that underpin our APA platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, product managers, QA, and support teams to design, build, and maintain scalable APIs, data processing pipelines, and backend infrastructure. Your contributions will enable AI-powered agents and human users to work seamlessly together, supporting complex workflows and ensuring system reliability and performance. Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in back-end development
Proficiency in Java and at least one other server-side language such as Node.js or Python
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
Experience with Spring framework, including REST APIs, security, data access, and configuration
Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Elasticsearch)
Knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka or ActiveMQ
Familiarity with client-server models, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Automation tools, observability stacks, or security best practices experience is a plus
Responsibilities

Design and develop robust REST APIs, services, and backend infrastructure to support enterprise applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Front-End Engineers, Product Managers, QA, and Support to deliver comprehensive features
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, participating in design and code reviews to ensure engineering excellence
Identify system bottlenecks, optimize performance, and enhance system reliability and scalability
Recommend and implement modern backend technologies, frameworks, and development processes to improve efficiency
Mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and supporting their professional growth
Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with enterprise standards across all backend services
