Job Description
The Data Entry Analyst is responsible for accurately entering large volumes of operational data, validating system information, and generating data-driven insights that support logistics and warehouse operations. This role combines traditional data entry with analytical responsibilities to ensure records are not only correct but also meaningful.
This position is primarily remote, but may include occasional in-person collaboration or training at our Oklahoma City headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, audit, and maintain data across multiple platforms and systems.
Analyze trends, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions based on data insights.
Support warehouse and logistics teams by producing accurate performance and efficiency reports.
Compile data from various sources (inventory, shipments, order tracking) into structured reports.
Validate data integrity through consistent review and error checking.
Create visual summaries, dashboards, or charts to present findings to leadership.
Coordinate with remote and on-site teams to resolve data inconsistencies.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company data standards.
Collaborate with management to develop new data entry and analysis procedures.
Participate in remote team meetings to share insights and performance updates.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (Data Analytics, Business, or related field).
2+ years of experience in data entry, reporting, or administrative data management.
Prior experience with logistics, operations, or warehouse data systems is a plus.
Proven ability to perform analytical tasks independently in a remote environment.
Technical & Soft Skills
Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
Knowledge of data visualization or database tools preferred.
Fast typing skills (60+ WPM) with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from raw data.
Reliable internet connection and professional workspace suitable for remote work.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Work Conditions & Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (flexible hours for high-performing remote employees).
Fully remote position with optional hybrid collaboration in Oklahoma City.
Company-provided laptop, software access, and VPN for remote operations.
Team meetings and data review sessions conducted virtually or in hybrid formats.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $28 – $33 per hour (based on experience and data accuracy).
