Job Description

Maxion is accepting applications for part-time research study personnel to participate in local in-person and nationwide remote research studies. This opportunity is designed for individuals seeking flexible, temporary, remote, part-time work, with no previous research study experience required.

Participants can choose studies based on their availability and ability to participate online, in person, or by telephone. Research topics may include consumer products, shopping, internet usage, vehicles, employment, food and beverages, entertainment, social media, financial topics, retirement, housing, and other areas.

## Key Responsibilities

* Participate in qualifying research studies based on study-specific requirements.
* Complete research activities online, in person, or by telephone.
* Provide honest feedback and opinions based on personal experiences.
* Participate in focus group discussions and multi-session research studies when selected.
* Review and use new products or services before they are launched to the public when applicable.
* Complete optional application steps to improve the opportunity for acceptance into paid studies.
* Complete email verification when required during the study approval process.
* Participate in manual study reviews when required.
* Successfully complete assigned research studies to receive compensation.

## Required Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Must speak and/or read English.
* Must have access to a phone, computer, or tablet with an internet connection.
* No prior research study experience is required.

## Preferred Qualifications

* GED or High School Diploma is recommended but not required.

## Skills & Competencies

* English reading and/or communication skills.
* Ability to participate in online, telephone, or in-person research activities.
* Ability to provide honest feedback about products, services, experiences, or research topics.
* Ability to follow study-specific requirements and complete assigned activities.
* Basic ability to use a phone, computer, or tablet with an internet connection.

## Compensation & Benefits

* **Compensation:** Up to $250+ per 1-hour focus group study session.
* **Multi-Session Studies:** Up to $3,000+.
* **Advertised Weekly Pay:** Up to $790 per week.
* Compensation may be issued by check, PayPal, Visa gift card, or another form of compensation following successful completion of a research study.
