We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Keyer to join our growing administrative team.
Position Overview
The Data Entry Keyer will be responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and updating various types of data into company databases and systems. This position requires a high level of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail to ensure all company information is maintained correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately key in data from source documents such as invoices, orders, and project records.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections.
Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems.
Assist in preparing data reports and summaries as requested.
Communicate with internal departments to resolve data discrepancies.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all company and client information.
Perform other administrative or clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data entry or administration preferred.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Keyer, Clerk, or similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
High level of integrity when handling confidential information.
