What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Enter and update property listings, client information, and transaction records into the database
Conduct regular audits and data checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data entry processes
Respond to inquiries related to data and provide support to other departments as needed
Generate reports as requested to assist management in decision-making

What Is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus
Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and database management software
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in training new staff on data entry processes and systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and addressing inquiries
