This is a remote position. SIU Consultant Group is a full-service investigation firm committed to providing superior investigative services to employers, insurance carriers, public entities, third-party administrators, and legal counsel. With a reputation for integrity, discretion, and precision, we deliver factual evidence that supports risk mitigation, claims resolution, and litigation defense.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our systems. This position is fully remote and suitable for individuals who can work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
Enter data accurately into company databases and systems

Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies

Update existing records as needed

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Follow instructions and company guidelines

Complete tasks within given deadlines

Requirements

Basic computer skills (typing, email, internet use)

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable internet connection

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

No prior experience required (training provided)

Desired Skills and Experience
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in insurance investigations, law enforcement, or related field. Experience conducting surveillance and writing professional reports. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and observational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Proficient in investigative software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
