About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team remotely. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing loan paperwork, preparing DMV documents, verifying vehicle transactions, and ensuring the smooth processing of all related documentation. Qualifications

Excellent data entry and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work nights and some weekends

Responsibilities

Receiving and processing all loan paperwork from the finance department
Preparing DMV paperwork for vehicle transactions
Verifying costs and transactions for each vehicle sold
Preparing tax, title, and registration documents
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation
Performing other related duties as assigned by management
