We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to help manage and update our companys databases and records. The ideal candidate will accurately input, review, and organize information from various sources into digital systems. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and is comfortable using computers and basic software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, databases, or company systems.
Verify information for accuracy and completeness.
Perform regular data backups and organize files.
Review and correct errors in data entries.
Follow data confidentiality and security guidelines.
Communicate with team members to clarify data-related issues.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred but not required.
Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good typing speed (recommended: 40+ WPM).
Strong time management and organizational skills.
