We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to accurately input, update, and maintain company data. This role involves simple, repetitive tasks and is ideal for individuals who enjoy organized, independent work in a flexible remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter data into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases
Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy
Maintain and update digital records on a regular basis
Organize documents and ensure data is stored correctly
Perform basic data cleanup and formatting
Generate simple reports or summaries when requested
Follow company data privacy and confidentiality procedures
Communicate any issues, discrepancies, or missing information to supervisors

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of computers, typing, and data entry software
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written communication skills
Reliable internet connection and personal computer or laptop
Ability to meet deadlines and manage repetitive tasks
Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required
