Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our team with accurate data management, basic administrative duties, and light market research tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong typing accuracy, consistency under deadlines, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Data Management

Enter, update, and maintain data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.

Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Organize large volumes of data into structured formats for reporting and analysis.

Perform routine data audits and identify discrepancies or errors.

Market Research Support

Conduct basic online research on industry trends, competitors, and products.

Compile findings into simple summaries, spreadsheets, or internal documents.

Assist with gathering information for surveys, outreach campaigns, and other research tasks.

Maintain databases related to research activities.

Administrative & General Support

Respond to emails and messages promptly and professionally.

Assist with scheduling, documentation updates, and basic office coordination tasks.

Prepare simple reports, documents, and summaries as needed.

Support team members with organizational tasks and clerical duties.

Requirements

Basic computer skills: Ability to use email platforms, web browsers, and file management systems.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and Docs).

Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Good written communication and organizational skills.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and speed.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
