We are looking for a Remote Data Entry Typist to join our team. This role involves typing, entering, and updating information into our systems with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable typing skills, and the ability to work independently. This is an easy, straightforward position suitable for beginners or anyone seeking flexible remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Type and input data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or company software

Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness

Edit and correct any errors in typed or entered information

Maintain organized digital files and records

Follow instructions for formatting and naming documents

Assist with preparing and formatting reports or documents

Communicate with team members as needed to clarify data or tasks

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute preferred)

Basic knowledge of computers and common software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and time management skills

Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely

Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals.

Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools.
